I wrote a new great article about the shooting of the Northern Lights on the Lofoten Islands. Unfortunately it is very large and I can not post it here. If you read it and leave your comments I will be very grateful to you.

Greetings Marat,

I'm getting back into photography with a first DSLR . . . bought for an upcoming trip to Alaska. I'm HOPING that we might see some Northern Lights on the trip. If we do, I'll be that much more prepared, thanks to your great article.

Cheers!

John

Really interesting and informative article Marat. Lots of great photos too.   I'm near Halifax, N.S. at  ~ 44° Lat, so the northern lights are not often seen here .... also lots of light pollution.

I hope you don't mind if I share your article with others of like interest.

All the best,

Mike
