D750 Repair - 4 Weeks from New Leaf?

Hi all - I hope this is the right place to post this...


The sub-command dial on my D750 has stopped working, and I need to get it repaired. I purchased it at Adorama and purchased the New Leaf warranty. I am being told from New Leaf that the repair turn around time is about 4 weeks, and that the "5 Day Service Guarantee" doesn't apply to the D750. Any ideas on how to get things speeded up? I can't afford to have 4 weeks without my FX body!
