Hello fellow photographers,

I'm having problems with transmitting images from my D5 to my iMac or macbook since a few weeks.

The transmitting itself works perfect, I put an ethernet cable when possible in the body and it'll send the images within seconds. The problem is: the images multiply in the destination folder.

So one image comes in 5 times. They're all identical. For example: filename.NEF -> filename_1.NEF & filename_2.NEF and so on. Mostly it multiplies by 5 but every once in a while by 11.

I use the program Nikon Wireless Transmitter Utility. If I use FTP to my other editor at his office it doesn't multiply and thus works perfect. I'm thinking about setting up an FTP server myself but fixing the problem would be much easier I hope.

I hope someone can help me.

Kind Regards,

Leonhard
