Start by just putting a fully charged battery in the camera, go in the bathroom where there is the least amount of dust flying around, set the camera to cleaning mode and blow on the sensor with a rocket blower. If it is just dust, this sometimes works without having to do a wet clean.

If the air cleaning doesn't work, get a wet cleaning kit and use it as the instructions for that particular kit tells you to. UES, Visible Dust or Photographic Solutions all work well as long as you don't use one brand of swabs with another brand of solution.

It may not be on your sensors. Check your lens first. Also reduce your apreture. The lower your apreture the less your DOF which meant objects on the sensor or lens will disappear.

There is no way that well-defined blob is on any element in a 70-200. Dust on a lens element lowers contrast overall, but they aren't visible, especially not on a tele lens.

looks like what he said. since i cleaned back of 70-200mm. will go outside try it again because house is most low light based on room in.
