Hi folks, thought I would let you know that my family are making fun of me as they seem to think I am spending every spare minute on this site with what they call 'my new friends'. My poor wee brain cells are creaking at the seams as I store all the tips I am picking up and the material I have now got to follow up, never mind learning a new camera and getting out there doing the business of taking pictures.

My wife does the same to me.
Truth is, I have been looking around the net for a forum like this one.
This one is relatively new, so it's not too large yet. I like that.

Realise I am gaining valuable insight K-9, but just sharing the lighter side of life at the same time.

This is a good forum, give it time and it will be rather large.
Tony- if you're ever in the States let us poor colonists know, I'm sure there's a few of us who'd like to take you out for a pint

I went to Heathrow airport this morning to pick up a family member who was flying in from the west coast, forgot to take my camera, but purchased three photographic magazines: October edition NPhoto, Issue 86 Digital SLR and November Issue of Digital Photo. I have only managed to browse through them, but some of the stuff being discussed is also being covered on this forum.

Thank you Russ, your 'down under' humour clearly shining through.
