When shooting in Aperture mode, even at f3.5, my photos are so dark, that I can't see them. Help please.
I put spaces into the "word" to allow everyone to read your question. You haven't given us enough info to go on. If you are outside on a sunny day, do the photos still come out dark? Examples and EXIF information would help us figure out your issue...

For some reason, it would not allow me to insert spaces. My camera is a D3400 and even on a sunny day, the images are nearly completely black.

Have you checked your exposure compensation setting?
On your sunny day, what does the EXIF say?
