Slowly getting over my sorrow. I have at least started to feel creative again after just existing for some months.

I can surely empathize as it wasn't that long ago when I lost my Mother. The most difficult part is realizing I no longer have all that love in my life. Best regards. Tony

Very sorry for your Mother's passing. I'm sure she was a true blessing for you and those who were fortunate enough to know her. Best wishes. Tony.

Very sad and sorry, it's not easy. I lost both, Father a 30 years ago and Mother almost 22 years ago. Best wishes, Gerald.

I am slowly settling in in my new flat. Getting used to the reduced size makes it difficult to find the room for what I want to keep.

I haven't done much photography-wise lately. It is difficult to find the inspiration while living in chaos... My home is undergoing a complete renovation and I have had most things boxed-up for the last year.

A free piece of advice: –Don't go out for a bike ride on a nice warm summer day without water and electrolytes. I still feel a little off from tuesday's stupidity, today is friday.

Been there, done that. Takes a while to rebound. Down here in southern Arizona we never live the house without a bottle of water.

The Macinclock was less evil today. Waking up to Nena singing Leuchtturm in a live recording from 2010 was almost nice...

Merco_61
My Macinclock is evil! I have been humming on Guns of Brixton the whole day.

Sad times! As many of you know I have been a lifelong King Crimson and ELP fan. RIP Greg!

A half-century solo yesterday, a half metric century solo today and a half-century group ride tomorrow, all after work and mostly in daylight... Nice autumn if you're a cyclist.

Sounds like you're back up and running (well, cycling) without any hindrances, fully recovered! This is great to hear!

I am not fully recovered but as long as I keep to a high cadence, the extension defect doesn't trouble me for these short distances. I am still not up to a full century, much less a 200 km brevet but I am slowly getting there.

Hooray! I got a 10-mile ride in before breakfast. Tempo and cadence is down compared to before the accident, of course.

Congratulations. I got in an hour ride on the spin bike before breakfast. Still too hot to ride outdoors.
