I need to provide some high quality action self shots of me working my dog. Can anyone tell me the best way to achieve this with a Z9 please?

Using an assistant...
Action shots need to be quite tightly cropped for high quality and the lag involved in wireless tethered shooting makes it difficult to catch the decisive moment, even if the Z9 is faster than other Nikons.
