Nikon Support -- Can't get response.

I recently purchased the Z 50 Creator Kit.  As part of that purchase, I am supposed to get access to an online class on the Z 50 after product registration.  I did register it and that was acknowledged.  However, when I try to redeem my code I get nowhere.  Kind of get stuck in an infinite loop of signing in and then not being signed in.  I think I did get to the redemption box once and when I clicked it just took me back to signing in.  What is up with Nikon?  You'd think a company that promotes advances in technology would enable its customers to access their site and receive the benefits they have given to paying customers.  Frustrated and unimpressed.

Wouldn't you be better off calling or, preferably, chatting or emailing Nikon's support than griping on an independent user forum?

got to go to website and put code in for it. the nikon usa or what other part of world will have place for you put code in or place to find where you do code for class. not sure where they are at since redone website. so go search area of website and put info you got. since only few of us have mirrorless i try to help out best i can but do not do video
