hello, does anyone know how to check or calculate the distance to a subject on a D3400 precisely? Thank you!

I don't believe there's a way to do it precisely, but you should be able to get a ballpark estimate by looking at the focusing scale on your lens. Some more basic lenses don't have one, though.

Shoot tethered and read the distance information in the EXIF.
Like Jerry, I don't understand what you need the information for.
The DOF calculators are guesstimations as there is no way to measure the CoC and it is dependent on so many factors.
Using the GN and distance to decide flah exposure isn't an exact science either as the ambient light level and reflecting surfaces *will* throw your calculations off.
