Hi I’m having an issue with setting the zoom on my SB-700. It’s stuck at 14 12 or 17mm depending on the illumination pattern on the flash.
I’ve gone into the camera’s custom setting menu > bracketing/flash > Flash cntrl for built-in flash but I can’t get into commander mode because e3 is grayed out (it says Optional Flash).
In addition to my SB-700 I also use a set of Yongnuo off camera flashes separately. These are powered by a YN622N-TX remote.
Any help on changing the focal length on the flash would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Pete

What flash mode are you using? If you switch from iTTL to manual can you then adjust the zoom level?

You cannot change the zoom when the Wide angle screen is down or the diffusion dome is installed.
Your problem is the wide screen is flipped down. Restore it to the up position.
