Here are some of the first pictures taken with my new D750. First impressions....it's an awesome camera. Great in low light and feels comfortable to hold.
All shot with the Nikon 50mm 1.8G lens
Very nice images Rob! And congratulations on your new toy
I completely agree with you. The d750 it's an awesome camera!

Thanks Bani, i'm blown away with how well it captured the images in very poor lighting conditions. I had the ISO around 400-450 in all the images and shutter speed around the 1/80 - 1/125 mark, all shot at f1.8.
When I switched from APS-C to FF one year ago, I was immediately impressed with high iso capabilities of this camera. I love it for that! Did you have any problems with focusing in such a dim place?

I only had one issue and that was with the last image (with the flowers), I had to manual focus but other than that the camera got it spot on every time.
That's good to hear! It is nice to have a camera with its focusing system rated to -3EV
Nice set. Beautiful cathedral. I am glad that you are enjoying your new camera. You certainly use it well. It definitely has nice low-light capabilities.
Rob,
Beautiful images! But, you haven't even scratched the surface of its low light capabilities! When you are in a low light situation, regardless of what you want to do for your "real" images, give it a workout and bump the ISO up to 6400 or above on a few shots to see how well it handles the high ISO...From what I've seen it is pretty impressive...maybe not the D4S, but VERY capable!
