Hi Guys and Gals.

I use a Z6 and have a FTZ mount

I really need a 300mm f2.8 for my wildlife photography as it gets dark in the forests.

There is no way I cam afford a Nikon one.

Can I get a Sigma 300mm f2.8 to work on the FTZ mount.

Hope you can help.

Thanks

That depends on what version of the Sigma lens you have or want. The oldest ones don't have a focus motor if I remember correctly. Some later ones need a firmware update to work with any current bodies. If the lens doesn't support the programming dock, it needs to be sent in for this update.
