Afternoon All,

looking for some help/Advice My current set up is as follows

D600

Sigma 150-600 sport which is always on the D600

Having trouble finding a Bag that will cater for all of the above with the following

150-600 Attached to the D600

24-120 Attached to the D750

space for the other lens

can anyone recommend a Bag.

my current bag is the lowepro Flipside 400AW

I use a Tamrac Anvil 27 for a similar load. I tried lots of Lowepro and Crumpler backpacks before I found the Tamrac and they just weren't comfortable on the back with that heavy load. The harness on a Tamrac is much more adjustable than on most other camera backpacks.

Have a look at the Lowepro ProTactic 450 AW. It will hold all your gear.

I’m genuinely curious... Why do you need to carry that lot?

I don't see the use for the 70-300. I usually have some kind of short telezoom to fill out the gap between the 28-75 and the 150-600, but the 120-150 gap is so small.

I agree...and if you are putting things into bags why do they need to be attached?  You are still going to have to put down the bag and get gear out to use it...doesn't take much longer to put a lens on......

I'd definitely leave the 70-300 home in this scenario. Your other lenses pretty much cover it's range. To me, it's dead weight.

Ditto for the big lens unless you're birding.

dogbytes if see what i have in my gear bag make his look smaller. since i have D7200 Z6 FTZ nikon lens 70-200mm nikon gen 1 12-24mm dx 24-70mm 85mm and tamron 150-600mm gen 1 in my bag along with teleconverter and flash and pouch and to hold 4  battery's  2 XQD 2 sd memory cards. also will have  85mm with me too. since never know what lens will need when out and about or when doing shoot stuff. since want to make sure have all ranges cover and type of shooting. i also use to hold all my gear to store in one spot.

Although it was with film cameras I used to do that too...but it didn't take me long to decide to pick up a smaller bag with more specific gear for where we were going.  And I frequently just carried a body and walk around lens "just in case".
