Can you shoot with the mirror locked up on this model or is MLU only for cleaning? I haven't found any info online and have misplaced my manual.

2nd Question, If the MLU is only for cleaning are there any suggestions aside from on a tripod and remote release (SnapBridge) would anyone recommend?

If you have misplaced your manual, both the user's manual and the reference manual can be downloaded here.

There is no MLU shooting mode, but custom setting d1 will set a delay of 1s between raising the mirror and the shutter opening.

Thank you very much, I'm not concerned with a 1sec delay so that's perfect. Off to download those manuals now.
