It is a place that I have driven past many times and I had time to stop this time. I was lucky that four boats passed through the tunnel. Me being in the tunnel was causing confusion though, so this was the only boat that I photographed in the tunnel. My sister has had a holiday on this canal, the Llangollen, and been through this tunnel.

These are all lovely and enticing to look at--each in a different way--but that third one is my favorite.
Were you on a narrowboat? Taking a narrowboat through some of the UK canals is on my bucket list.
