I wanted to like this camera and got it for a very nice price, however the image quality was a complete let down. Images were not very sharp, even in basic outdoor photos under bright sun. Extremely disappointed and I quickly sold it off. Hopefully, the AW110 will be an upgrade in image quality.
One other note is that despite the "shockproof" designation, the large circular dial on the side is very flimsy and hollow feelling. I feel like if you dropped or hit it in the right spot, it may easily break. A rugged camera like this shouldn't have this hollow feeling of a plastic control on it.
