I bought my Nikon one year ago and used the camera for the first time One year and one day ago. I have always loved photography. When I was younger I did camera course a Highschool. I wanted to do more but life lead me away from it.
Many (and I mean many) years later I decided I needed to spoil myself so I decided I would get back into my photography. I had always played around with nice point and shoot camera's. But this time I decided I was going to get a DSLR. I was thinking about getting the D7000 as the Full Frame camera's were out of my budget, but then I heard Nikon was releasing a Full Frame that would be more affordable to the average consume, the D600, so I decided to wait and pick one up.
This picture is the first photo I ever took with my camera. One of the reason's I wanted a good camera was so that I could use it as part of my business (running a martial arts school). Having a good camera would allow me to capture my students in competition and training as well as allow me to get good quality photos that could be used for our advertising (magazines, newspapers, website, etc).
I hope you stick with me as I document my journey with my D600.
