It's really tough and difficult to find your own style when you're new with photography. It's not easy to wake up one day and say "Hey! I found a style." That's completely untrue. It will take days, weeks, and years to excel and to master it. Unless you know what you're doing. Find your own niche whether it is landscapes, photojournalism, fashion, portrait, family photos, or more. Then find some influences and incorporate that in your own picture. It's okay to copy (not too much or they'll sue you) if you like a particular part you want. For instance, let's say you like landscape, were influenced by Ansel Adams (go to 'Google' or 'Wikipedia') and your kind of style would be around trees or flowers in YOUR area that YOU'RE familiar with. Or you like portraits and want to bring style that shows a person moving, such as walking or jumping in a freeze frame (or blurry) with a colorful background. I'm still trying to find my own style and roll with it. All I can say is that I want to do a style that has both of landscape and portraits that can be amazing. Mostly portraits with Macro lens, ironically. I want my own pictures to look like it was advertised and people would want to buy or be in awe with the picture. I also want my style to look vintage and timeless. That's what I want. I'm going to keep it short and simple. I was inspired by this blog http://clickitupanot...ography-style/. to write this topic.

Im not sure i have a style, but i find myself drawn to animals. I've never been happy with a landscape shot that ive taken. just not my "thing". I love wildlife stuff. From mountain lions, eagles, hawks and deer in east san diego to bugs and birds in the west end. I just shoot what i like to see.
